The air conditioning in our room was ineffective, forcing us onto the chilly balcony for warmth. The check-in process was frustratingly uninformative, leading to a disappointing start to our vacation.

The staff were quite friendly, but our check-in process was
unfortunately very slow. We waited for nearly 30 minutes, and then got the wrong room. The amenities were decent, and the breakfast had a great selection. Overall, while some aspects were enjoyable, the mix-up significantly impacted our stay.

Although not everything was perfect, the friendly staff really made the difference during my visit. Shutters restaurant stood out with attentive service, especially from Yogeswaran and Rachel. The room showed signs of wear and some facilities needed attention, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

Had an awesome time with friends at a serene sanctuary. The Two-Bedroom Villas were perfect, especially with a private plunge pool. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the helpful buggy service. Just a heads-up, the breakfast buffet is decent but could use a bit more variety, though it’s worth it for the price compared to Ala carte options.
Unfortunately, we did experience some noise issues at night that made it tough to get a good night's sleep, as sounds from nearby villas were quite loud.

The staff were very helpful during our stay.
During our stay, the cleanliness of the villa was lacking, and the floors felt sticky. The private pool appeared murky initially, which was disappointing. The service from the buggy driver was subpar, as he didn’t greet us or assist with our luggage, making us feel unwelcome.
